 Long Covid - ME/CFS - chronic diseases - Strategies from a 360 perspective

Vielseitigkeit und Wissbegierde haben meinen Weg von Anfang an geprägt. Schon als Kind lernte ich von meinem Vater analytisches und strategisches Denken – eine Schule, die zwar (sehr) anspruchsvoll war, mir jedoch nie geschadet hat. Im Gegenteil: Sie legte das Fundament für meine heutige Arbeit in komplexen Resilienz‑, Risiko‑ und Governance‑Architekturen. Für diese frühen Fähigkeiten und die Haltung komplexe Herausforderungen mit Klarheit und Struktur zu begegnen, bin ich bis heute zutiefst dankbar. 

Versatility and curiosity have shaped my path from the very beginning. Even as a child, I learned analytical and strategic thinking from my father — a school that was indeed (very) demanding, yet never did me any harm. On the contrary, it laid the foundation for my current work in complex resilience, risk, and governance architectures. I remain deeply grateful for these early abilities and the mindset to approach complex challenges with clarity and structure.

Schon sehr lange faszinieren mich Kommunikation, Strategie, Organisationsmanagement, Analysen, Fotografie, Marketing, Malerei, Kreativität sowie Physik, Natur‑ und Ernährungswissenschaften. Bereits in meiner Kindheit und Jugend zeigte sich diese Vielseitigkeit. 

Der Grundstein war also früh gelegt und ich wusste schon damals, dass ich mich eines Tages mit ganzem Herzen und voller Leidenschaft genau in diesen Bereichen entfalten möchte.

Irgendwann kam der Moment, an dem ich meinen Wünschen, Träumen und meiner Passion konsequente Taten folgen lassen musste und genau daraus entwickelte sich mein heutiger Weg.

For a very long time, I have been fascinated by communication, strategy, organizational management, analysis, photography, marketing, painting, creativity, as well as physics, and the natural and nutritional sciences. This versatility already became evident during my childhood and teenage years.

The foundation was therefore laid early on, and even then I knew that one day I wanted to unfold myself with wholehearted dedication and passion in exactly these fields.

Eventually, the moment came when I had to turn my wishes, dreams, and passion into decisive action and this is what ultimately shaped the path I follow today.

Auswahl im Rahmen meiner Tätigkeiten - Selection within the scope of my activities

Im Rahmen meiner beruflichen Tätigkeiten habe ich über sehr viele Jahre hinweg ein breites, interdisziplinäres Kompetenzspektrum aufgebaut, das strategische Kommunikation, Organisationsmanagement, digitale Positionierung, sicherheitsrelevante Analysen und komplexe Veränderungsprozesse verbindet. Meine Arbeit umfasste die Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Kommunikations‑ und Sichtbarkeitsstrategien, die Beratung von Unternehmen in sensiblen Positionierungs‑ und Marketingfragen sowie fachspezifische Recherchen zu Datenschutz, Wirtschaftsschutz und Social Engineering. Darüber hinaus war ich in der Agenda‑Setting‑Strategie, im Innovations‑ und Themenmanagement sowie in der Akzeptanzkommunikation tätig und unterstützte staatliche Institutionen wie das Bayerische Staatsministerium des Innern im Bereich Cybersicherheit, einschließlich Messeauftritten, ressortübergreifender Kommunikation und der Entwicklung der „Initiative Cybersicherheit Bayern“. Weitere Schwerpunkte lagen in der Presse‑ und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, der Gestaltung von Medien und Corporate‑Design‑Elementen, der Koordination wissenschaftlicher Netzwerke, der Organisation internationaler Konferenzen und Messeauftritte sowie im Publikations‑ und Marketingmanagement. Ergänzt wurde dieses Spektrum durch meine Tätigkeit als Assistentin der Geschäftsführung in einem System‑ und Softwarehaus, wodurch ich tiefgehende Einblicke in IT‑Prozesse, Rechenzentrumsstrukturen und operative Unternehmensabläufe gewann.


Over the course of my professional activities, I have built a broad, interdisciplinary spectrum of competencies that combines strategic communication, organizational management, digital positioning, security‑relevant analysis, and complex change processes. My work has included the development and implementation of sustainable communication and visibility strategies, consulting for companies on sensitive positioning and marketing issues, as well as specialist research on data protection, business protection, and social engineering. In addition, I have been active in agenda‑setting strategy, innovation and topic management, and acceptance communication, and I supported governmental institutions such as the Bavarian Ministry of the Interior in the field of cybersecurity — including trade fair appearances, cross‑departmental communication, and the development of the “Cybersecurity Initiative Bavaria.” Further areas of focus included press and public relations, media and corporate design development, the coordination of scientific networks, the organization of international conferences and trade fair appearances, as well as publication management, marketing, analysis, and reporting.
